Pia Shekhter, President of the International Association of Music Libraries (AIBM), visited Budapest on 22-23 January 2024 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the AIBM Hungarian National Group. During her short professional programme, she visited the library and archives of the Institute for Musicology of the HUN-REN Research Centre for the Humanities, the Central Library (Liszt Academy Library) and the Research Library of the Liszt Academy of Music (Liszt Ferenc Music Academy Library) and the Multimedia Library of the Hungarian House of Music (Hungarian House of Music).
